Qualifications Explained

You can work towards qualifications in Outdoor Recreation, Outdoor Leadership and Christian Ministry while at Summit.

Overview

Courses at Summit provide the skills and knowledge for you to be competent to work in an outdoor recreation environment, especially those with a focus on Christian ministry.

All of our courses involve a mix of practical, classroom and work-based learning and will take place at CRU Galston, CRU Lake Mac and various national parks, council facilities and campsites.

Our trainers are highly skilled with years of on the ground experience in outdoor education, ministry and working with young people, and many come with either bachelor or master qualifications in theology, education and leadership.
